Caring for up to 78 people, this nursing home set out to reduce the maximum demand on their energy so that they could reduce their energy costs and still maintain their excellent standard of care.

We engaged with them to reduce energy costs and reduce the maximum demand as the site was electrically overloaded at times due to recent expansion.

The supply entering the site was surveyed and the energy usage analysed to identify the most cost effective way to reduce energy consumption and demand with minimal disruption or change to infrastructure.

An energy saving system was installed to return an energy saving of 14.25% and a payback of (under less than) 2 years.
